We deliver every day between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, on the date you choose at checkout. Each creation is made fresh to order, so we ask for at least a day's notice. A few need a little longer, and your cart will always show the earliest date we can deliver.
Everything at Felice is made by hand, in small batches, with nothing rushed. We use premium ingredients like Swiss Felchlin Sao Palme chocolate, Elle & Vire cream and Corman butter, and every recipe is developed in our own kitchen. Our cakes are made fresh for your order, our bonbons are tempered and filled by hand, and our bakery is baked with care and patience.
We don't make customised cakes. Each of our creations is a recipe we've perfected in our own kitchen, and we'd rather make every one exactly as it's meant to be. You can still make it personal: add a few words on the cake and a longer note for the card that comes with it.
To deliver, we need a minimum order value of ₹1,500, and delivery is currently free. Smaller orders are just as welcome: simply tick “I'll pick up my order” in your cart and collect it from our kitchen in Kothrud.
We currently deliver within Pune. Choose your delivery date and time in the cart before you check out, and we will take care of the rest.
We don’t recommend third party couriers as they usually travel in non air conditioned vehicles and our cakes and chocolates are quite temperature sensitive & delicate. However should you like to still take the risk, we’re happy to hand it over to a courier agent that you send to our location. We unfortunately won't be able to take any responsibility for the product once it’s left our premises.
