Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read all the details about the product provided on the website carefully before you make the purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to modify/cancel your order, we request that you please provide modifications/cancellation requests at least 2 days prior to your delivery date. Beyond that we cannot accommodate any modifications/cancellations as the kitchen begins preparing and procuring ingredients.
For all types of cancellations, we charge 10% of your total bill.

Return/Refund Policy
Given the perishable nature of our products, Felice does not accept returns, offer exchanges and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging or handling of the goods.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partner employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer alternative solutions in exceptional circumstances.
Please note that any mistakes made during the ordering process such as wrong or invalid addresses will not be our responsibility and your orders would not be eligible for refund.
Mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. E-wallets should be credited within 48 hours.
