The classic Italian “Pick-Me-Up” dessert. We make ours using real (made in house) Lady Finger biscuits soaked in coffee and rum flavoured syrup and topped with ever so light and ethereal custard made with mascarpone cheese. This one surely “Picks up your mood!”

Shelf Life

Unrefrigerated : The product needs to be consumed within a maximum of 4 hours

Refrigerated : Kept in an airtight container or the box in which it was shipped, the cake has a shelf life of 48 hours

Frozen : When frozen in a freezer safe container, the cake has a shelf life of 3 weeks

Storage

Best Served and Consumed Immediately. If you are not consuming straight away, please store in the refrigerator in the box it has arrived in. Our boxes are food safe and do not catch odour. Consume directly from the fridge for a superior experience
